  • Why choose online personal training?

    Online training with DEEZ BODIEZ gives you training anywhere at any time! It allows for you to be in constant contact with your trainer, has workouts on hand and adjustments made available depending on where you are located, and is definitely more budget-friendly! 

    - Online training is GREAT for the extremely busy individual who has difficulty finding session times with an in-person trainer that work for them! All workouts can be done at any time during the day.

    - One concern people have about online training is the one-on-one aspect! With DEEZ BODIEZ, you can request a video one-on-one appointment at any time to go over any questions, concerns, or just to check in with your progress! 


  • I am very new to the gym and don’t feel comfortable with my form or use of any equipment. Is online training still a good option for me?

    - Absolutely! At DEEZ BODIEZ, all programs are completely customized to your fitness level and your gym access. The DEEZ BODIEZ APP allows for a visual representation of exercises with both verbal and written out cues to make it as similar to having in-person training as possible. 

    One requirement of clients is to send training videos every workout to our trainers to allow for visual feedback and again to make this experience as close to in-person training as possible. This also allows for extra accountability associated with in-person training as well. 


  • How do payments work?

     - We are about maintaining a high quality of programming by only taking a set number of clients each month. Sometimes there is a waitlist to assure this quality. During waitlist periods, a new client is assigned a start date. A down payment taken from the initial full payment is required to hold that spot. 7 days from the start date, the rest of the payment is made through ThryvPay using a credit card or ACH account. Payments are completely secure and payment information is safely stored within the Thyrv software. 

    - On the same date every month, you will receive a reminder to make your payment so no worries about needing to do that on your own. All payment amounts depend on the program chosen during your free initial consultation. 


  • I’m worried about accountability. What kind of support do I get?

    Open communication between client and trainer is a top priority at DEEZ BODIEZ. No matter what program is chosen, you have 24/7 email access to your trainer. You should expect an answer very quickly and no later than 24 hours after the email is received. 

    - Each program has check-ins with your trainer! This can be done over email, over the phone, or over video depending on your preference. This is where you answer questions pertaining to your program's overall effectiveness, express concerns, upload pictures, and finalize all nutritional and exercise logging for your trainer to review. 

    - Check-ins are not the only time you will hear from your trainer! We like to check in throughout the week to see how you are doing! Feel free to contact us at any time. We are here for you!


  • I am on a budget. I am worried about overall cost of food, vitamins, and trainer fee. Is online training a good option for me?

    Absolutely! Our custom programs take into consideration any budget and can be formed around what works for you. Don’t worry, it will just as effective as any other price point! It is all about working smarter and creating a program efficient for each customer. 

  • Is belonging to a gym absolutely required to do one of your programs?

    No! We have developed a complete at-home workout program due to the pandemic and can be accessed by any client! These workouts can also be customized and tailored to what you have access to, your time constraints, and your fitness level. 

  • Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, diabetic, or pescatarian diets?

    We do offer pescatarian and diets made around controlling and regulating blood sugar. We do not do vegetarian or vegan diets. 

  • Is the meal plans made personalized to my likes and dislikes?

    100%! We want you to love your plan and be able to stick to it! Longevity is key! In your evaluation form, we get details about what you are currently eating, healthy foods you enjoy, and work to incorporate those into your new plan that fits your goals!

  • Do you allow free or cheat meals?

    Depending on the person and program chosen, yes free and cheat meals are given on an “earned basis”. What that means is all depending on the program's adherence and clients' overall dedication, free or guilt-free meals are given on certain schedules. We want free or guilt-free meals to be progressive with your program and progress, not regressive!
